Course Overview
The Cisco Prime™ Service Catalog Foundation Training (PSCI) is an instructor-led, lab-based, hands-on course offered by Cisco® Learning Services that covers advanced service concepts in the Cisco Prime Service Catalog. You learn about active form components, data retrieval rules, wizard-style and grid-based service forms, internal, external, and person-based task configuration, advanced service item concepts, and service lifecycle.
Cisco Prime Service Catalog is a self-service portal that you can use to order and manage any type of IT service, from the data center to the desktop. With the service catalog software, IT can standardize and consolidate a wide array of services, and give end users a self-service shopping experience. The catalog also standardizes, unifies, and automates delivery processes for data center and workplace services.
