Overview

The Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) 2015 course will provide you a core understanding of Citrix– who we are as a company, our vision and strategy for 2015 and beyond, the solutions and value that Citrix brings to our customers, and how you can effectively sell these solutions to build your business.
CCSP 2015 course consists of 6 modules and 1 assessment. You need to take these modules in the sequence prescribed, and take the assessment only after completing the content modules. You will achieve the Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) 2015 title only after receiving a Completed result from each module, and after successfully passing the assessment

  • Course Introduction
    Begin the CCSP 2015 course by going through this short introductory module. This module reviews the CCSP course structure, defines your learning objectives, shows how to accomplish these objectives, and sets overall expectations for completing this course and for achieving the Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) 2015 title.
  • Module 1 - Who is Citrix?
    This first module provides an overview of the company, our history and evolution over the past 25 years, and where we stand today as an industry leader. This module also introduces Citrix’s core product lines. The “Course Introduction” module is a prerequisite to this module.
  • Module 2 - Citrix Sales Conversation
    This module teaches and demonstrates how to have an effective sales conversation with a business leader. The “Who is Citrix” module is a prerequisite to this module.
  • Module 3 - Enterprise Mobility Management with XenMobile
    This module provides content and guidance on how to sell XenMobile within this large and growing market. The “Citrix Sales Conversation” module is a prerequisite to this module.
  • Module 4 - Application and Desktop Virtualization with XenApp and XenDesktop
    This module provides content and guidance on why we are the leader in this market - as well as new strategies for driving sales opportunities. The “Enterprise Mobility Management with XenMobile” module is a prerequisite to this module.
  • Module 5 - Delivery Networks with NetScaler and CloudBridge
    This module provides content and guidance on how we sell Citrix’s outstanding Networking product lines as both standalone solutions and alongside XenApp, XenDesktop and XenMobile to create end-to-end solutions. The “Application and Desktop Virtualization with XenApp and XenDesktop” module is a prerequisite to this module.
  • Final Assessment
    This is the online exam you must take after you complete all the above course modules. You will achieve the Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) 2015 title only after you complete the 6 course modules and successfully pass this final assessment.
